UON, The University of Nairobi is the best University in Kenya and is #7 in Africa. In the world, UON took position 855 which was a remarkable improvement from last year's 905. In Kenya, Kabarak, United States International University, Catholic University, Kenya Methodist and Daystar were ranked position 11 to 15 respectively.

  

In East Africa, Uganda's Makerere University was  ranked #13, the University of Dar es Salaam #37, Kenyatta University #38 and Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology #44.
